Lynchburg Composite Squadron

Lynchburg Composite Squadron (Lynchburg, VA)

Who We Are

Lynchburg Composite Squadron and the other 1,500 squadrons across the country serve their communities through three congressional assigned key programs: Aerospace Education, Cadet Programs, and Emergency Services. Both youth and adults members train for and participate in various roles and duties. Each mission is unique, but part of the Civil Air Patrol’s purpose is to be always ready to support its members and communities.

Where We Meet

We invite you to join us at one of our weekly meetings to see if the Civil Air Patrol is right for you!

At a weekly meeting, you’ll learn more about the missions and services of the Civil Air Patrol. Adult and cadet staff will be available to meet and answer your questions.

Civil Air Patrol nationally has more than 60,000 citizen volunteer members ages 12 and up who provide a positive impact in communities across the nation through aerospace education, cadet programs, disaster relief, and search and rescue missions.

Lynchburg Composite Squadron meets every Monday from 6:30 pm-9:00 pm. For information about meeting locations or for more information, please email us at lynchburgcap@vawg.cap.gov
