Cadet Student Applications: At this time we have a full waitlist with the exception of certain reserved slots. If cadets are CEAP awardees that have not registered or a Cadet from National Capitol Wing (NATCAP) requesting a reserved slot they are encouraged to reach out to summer-enc-da@vawg.cap.gov.

Note for Cadet Cadre Applicants
Cadre Selection Exercise, Encampment Staff Training 1, and Encampment Staff Training 2 are required attendance. Exceptions for extenuating circumstances can be considered on a case by case basis. These events are vital for building teamwork, conducting required training, and for ensuring the safety of all cadets during encampment.
Fees
The payment process for the encampment is now active within eServices Registration Zone. For payment processing, please select the following registration categories: Cadet Students will select "participant." Cadet Cadre and Cadet ATS Trainees will select "staff". Cadets must be registered in the eServices Registration Zone (link above) in order to pay.
Cadet Student - $350
Cadet Cadre - $250
Cadet ATS Trainee - $250
